These awards are powered by the people of Wisconsin, with nominations and votes coming straight from fans, customers, and supporters across the state.

Who Can Be Nominated?

You can nominate any Wisconsin-based: Musician or Band (of any genre) Local Business (boutique, bar, salon, shop, etc.) Community Event or Festival Attraction, Destination, or Hidden Gem If it’s made an impact in your life or your community — nominate it!

Select the Right Category Choose the category that best fits your nomination. If you’re unsure, just pick what seems closest — our team will review all submissions. Tell Us Why They Deserve It Share what makes your nomination stand out. The more details you provide, the better chance they have to be featured and voted on! Add Media (Optional but Encouraged) Photos, social links, and video clips help us get to know your nominee and help them stand out when voting begins.

What Happens Next?

Once submitted, your nomination will be reviewed and may be featured during the public voting period in early 2025. Winners will be announced during our official WI Heart Awards Showcase.
